Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 427, 307, 302, 504, 506/34 of I.P.C.
Co-accused-Terra Mandal is alleged to have caused assault with iron rod at the head of the father of the informant. The petitioner and others allegedly assaulted with Lathi etc. The Doctor has found single head injury on the father of the informant who died subsequently. Other injuries were on the leg and right forearm besides multiple bruises at the anterior and posterior right side of the chest. Petitioner is in custody since 13.05.2019. Investigation of the case is already complete. Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.82128 of 2019(8) dt.15-01-2021 2/2 Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sabour P.S. Case No.138/2019 with following conditions:
(a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.
(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
