04-07-2018 After some argument, Sri Ajit Ranjan Kumar, learned counsel assisted by Sri Sanjay Kumar Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioners, in presence of learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, requests for disposal of the present petition so that petitioner may appear before the court below and pray for regular bail. The prayer is allowed.

The anticipatory bail petition of two petitioners namely Video Manjhi @ Vinod Kumar and Chhotu Manjhi stands disposed of with an observation that if within a period of six weeks from today, both petitioners appear before the court below and pray for regular bail, the learned court below, without being prejudiced with this order, may examine the same and pass appropriate order in accordance with law, preferably; on the same date.
