The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 504, 186, 332, 353, 327 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

According to the F.I.R., petitioners along with huge person of other people gathered on the public road in order show their protest on the alleged murder of one Bittu. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners. He submits that petitioners along with others gathered on the spot to protest the matter of certain person. Pressing on these points has tried to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73564 of 2019(2) dt.22-11-2019 2/2 settle that the allegation are concocted against the petitioners. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of the bail petition.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Begusarai in connection with Bakhri Police Station Case No. 182 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
