Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case on the basis of suspicion. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 27.08.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate-1st
