2. The petitioner in the present case is seeking regular bail in connection with Rajgir P.S. Case No. 592 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B of the Indian Penal Code. He is in custody since 20.09.2024. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per the prosecution story, the informant gave an application to the SHO, Rajgir Police Station according to which in the light of the order of the Hon'ble Court passed in CWJC No. 15459 of 2014 after registering Enquiry No. 08 of 2015, Officers have been appointed District-wise to check educational certificate. During inquiry, the document of this petitioner was sent to the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84057 of 2024(2) dt.20-12-2024 2/3 Director, State Council of Education Research and Training Assam for verification which was found to be "false". This petitioner had not resigned during the amnesty period as given by the Hon'ble Court.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. It is submitted that the petitioner is in custody in connection with this case since 20.09.2024. It is submitted that the investigation against the petitioner is complete and has also lost his job.
5. Learned APP for the State is present and has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Having regard to the submissions that the investigation against the petitioner is complete, he has remained in custody for three months and has also lost his job, he has otherwise no criminal antecedent, therefore, this Court directs that the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda in connection with Rajgir P.S. Case No. 592 of 2023, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 437 (3) Cr.P.C.

7. And further condition that the court below shall verify the criminal antecedent of the petitioner and in case at any stage it is found that the petitioner has concealed his criminal antecedent, the court below shall take steps for cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner. However, the acceptance of bail bonds in terms of the above-mentioned order shall not be delayed for purpose of or in the name of verification.
