Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 420, 467, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a), 38(1), 41 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. There is no specific allegation against this petitioner. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 18.09.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the

Case No. 902 of 2019, arising out of Simri P.S. Case No. 153 of 2019.
