The petitioner, in the present case, is seeking regular bail in connection with Kawakol P.S. Case No.219 of 2017, registered for offences alleged under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are general and omnibus allegations of assault against petitioner who happens to be one of the 11 accused persons named in the F.I.R. It is submitted that all the injuries have been found to be simple in nature and thrust of the allegation is against the co-accused Lalo Ravidas and Mohan Ravidas.
Learned APP for the State is present.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37377 of 2018 (2) dt.29-06-2018 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case whereunder there is no specific allegation against the petitioner and that the injuries are said to be simple in nature and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.15,000/- (fifteen thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-IV, Nawada in connection with Kawakol P.S. Case No. 219 of 2017, subject to the conditions U/S 437(3) Cr.P.C.
