Petitioner seeks bail in Adhaura P.S. Case No. 45 of 2017 (S.Tr. No. 125 of 2018) registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 342, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of causing death of the father of the informant after calling him to his house and thereafter informant took away the dead body from the house of petitioner and was carrying the same when he met police and instituted this case. Chargesheet has already been submitted in this case.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge 1st , Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Adhaura P.S.
