2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is alleged that due to cruelty caused by this petitioner, who is husband of the deceased, she committed suicide by hanging.

4. Deceased is second wife of petitioner and both wives were residing with this petitioner and due to dispute between the wives of this petitioner, the deceased committed suicide.

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of State

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84598 of 2024(3) dt.28-01-2025 2/2 opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail and submitted that due to cruelty caused by this petitioner, the deceased (second wife of petitioner) committed suicide.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay U T
