2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with GRP Jhajha P.S. Case No. 19 of 2020 arising out of Sessions Trial No. 193/2024 registered for the offence under Sections 395/412 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, unknown criminals committed loot in the rail.

4. The name of the petitioner has come in the self inculpatory statement of co-accused. The petitioner has seven criminal antecedents.

5. Considering the seriousness of the offence, materials available against the petitioner and the criminal

6. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is hereby rejected.
