2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 285 of 2024, dated 06.05.2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 399, 402, 412 of the Indian Penal Code & Section 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of Arms Act and Section 8 and 20(B), (ii)(c) of the N.D.P.S. Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, some criminals were arrested while they were planning to commit loot and the recovery of arms, ammunition and charas was made by them.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The petitioner bears 18 criminal antecedent of similar and serious

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.82745 of 2024(2) dt.18-12-2024 2/2 cases and is in custody since 21.05.2024

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the allegation and several criminal antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner, this application is dismissed.

7. The trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner.
