This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Govindganj (Malahi) P.S.Case No.238 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 304B, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

As per FIR, petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased and the allegation is of demand of Scorpio and for that he has killed the deceased within three months of the marriage. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the allegation is false and nothing specific has been attributed against him.

Heard learned A.P.P. and the learned counsel for the informant, who has opposed the prayer for bail.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
