2. The present petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 22.05.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 32046 of 2024, for extension of time to surrender before the Court Below and furnish bail-bonds because the petitioner could not surrender before the Court Below and furnish the bail-bonds within the stipulated time on account of he being a poor person working in Kolkata.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, this application is allowed granting further eight weeks time from today to the petitioner to surrender before the Court Below and furnish the bail-bond.
