2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in Complaint Case No. 679 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 457, 380, 147, 148, 149, 386, 341, 323, 109, 113, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per complaint petition, all the named accused persons, including this petitioner, forcibly took possession over the ancestral house of the complainant, demanded R. 5 lacs ransom and threatened to sell the house. It is further alleged that the accused persons also looted household articles, utensils, etc. worth Rs. 30,000/-. Petitioner has got three criminal antecedents

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner is an old lady and has falsely been implicated in this case due to earlier disputes with regard to the house, between the parties.
5. Learned counsel for the complainant vehemently opposed the bail application.
6. Considering the nature of accusation and criminal antecedents, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
