2. The present memo of appeal has been filed: "for setting aside the order taking cognizance dated 24.05.2024 against the appellants for offence under section 147, 149, 420, 406, 341, 323, 354B 307, 504 and 506 of the
Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.5328 of 2024(3) dt.25-02-2025 2/2 I.P.C. and 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(2)(Va) of SC/ST (POA) Act passed by First Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, SC/ST Act in Complaint Case No. 10c/2024 (Babita Devi V/s Vinay Kumar Kedia and Ors.)."
3. Learned counsel for the appellants submit that they have very good case to argue and shall be putting in all the case law /orders/Judgment to support the case before the appropriate Court at an appropriate stage.
4. Mr. Sadanand Paswan, learned Spl. PP submits that he will have the said opportunity once the Court moves further at an appropriate stage.
5. At this juncture, learned counsel for the appellants Mr. Rajesh Sinha submits that he shall be approaching the Court again at an appropriate time and for the present would like to withdraw the appeal.
