The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bibhutipur P.S. Case No. 230 of 2019 dated 13.09.2019 instituted for the offence under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

10 litres of Indian made foreign liquor has been recovered from the motorcycle of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 14.09.2019. Considering the aforestated facts, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Second Additional District and Sessions
