Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Kako P.S.case No.243 of 2019 dated 4.9.2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per FIR, petitioners and other accused persons came to the Darwaza of the informant, abused the informant and when he protested he was assaulted and when his son came to save him, he was also assaulted by Dipak Kumar causing injury to him and there is also allegation of snatching of locket. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that they have falsely been implicated in this case and the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74180 of 2019(2) dt.21-11-2019 2/2 injuries on the person of the informant and on one another person was found to be simple except one injury on the person of the son of the informant that has been attributed to coaccused Deepak Kumar. Heard learned A.P.P. also.
Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below,2019 be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Umesh Prasad, J.M. Ist Class, Jehanabad in connection with Kako P.S.Case No.243 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
