2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission to withdraw the writ application to enable him to assail the order contained in Memo No. 492 dated 28.04.2018, by which the authorities have proposed to start proceedings against him.
3. In view thereof, as prayed for by learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition stands disposed off as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
4. However, since the petitioner had moved the Court
Patna High Court CWJC No.12517 of 2018 dt.27-09-2018 2/2 for retiral benefits and payment of G.P.F. is also a retirement benefit dues and the same cannot be withheld by the authorities, the Court directs for payment of the same to the petitioner within three weeks from the date of production of a copy of this order before the respondent no. 5.
