2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Parwalpur P.S. Case No. 106 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 471, 120(B) of the IPC.

3. According to the allegation, the petitioner obtained the job of Panchayat teacher on the basis of a forged and fabricated matriculation certificate, on which the date of birth was mismatched.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that vide order dated 28-07-2025, the petitioner was given two weeks' time to resign from her post, which she has complied with. She has resigned from her post. He has further submitted that on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.89359 of 2024(7) dt.11-09-2025 2/2 similar footing, other co-accused persons, in some other cases, have been granted anticipatory bail by the coordinate Benches of this Court in Cr. Misc. Nos. 28551 of 2022, 63951 of 2024 and 28551 of 2022.

5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State Sri Shailendra Kumar and the learned counsel for the vigilance have opposed the prayer for bail by submitting that the petitioner secured the job of panchayat teacher on the basis of forged matriculation certificate.

6. The petitioner has complied the order dated 28-7-2025 and she has resigned from her post. Some other accused persons, in other cases on similar footing, have been granted anticipatory bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. Ist, Hilsa (Nalanda) in connection with Parwalpur P.S. Case No. 106 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
