2. This application has been filed seeking extension of time to submit bail bonds in terms of the order dated 21.07.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 33083 of 2023.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner could not submit his bail bonds in terms of the order passed by this Court because of his old age and the serious health issues for which he was under treatment.

4. There is no opposition to this application.

5. Having regard to the submissions made hereinabove, this court directs that in case the petitioner surrenders and submits his bail bonds within a period of three weeks from today, the learned court below shall give him the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3731 of 2024(2) dt.01-03-2024 2/2 benefit of the order dated 21.07.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 33083 of 2023.

6. No further application for extension shall be entertained.
