Case No. 489 of 2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner, considering the fact that the petitioner had been absconding, was declared an absconder by the learned Trial Court and has been remanded in the present case only on 30.04.2024, though the present case pertains to the year 2018, after he was taken into custody in connection with one another case, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail, immediately after lapse of one year from today.
