2. The present application has been filed for directing the respondent authorities namely Respondent nos. 2 and 5 to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner with regard to initiation of encroachment case against the respondent

Patna High Court CWJC No.17238 of 2023(2) dt.15-03-2024 2/2 no. 6 to 11 who have encroached the land of P.W.D. Road and due to which the way (Rasta) of petitioner land is closed and also direct the respondent nos. 2 and 5 to remove the respondent nos. 6 to 11 from the illegal encroachment of the land of P.W.D. Road.

3. The Circle Officer, Yogapatti, West Champaran will act upon the complaint of the petitioner and decide the same in accordance with law after hearing the alleged encroachers.

4. With the aforesaid directions, this application is disposed of.
