The petitioner and several others were made accused with the allegation of killing of one Krishna Manjhi. The petitioner, who is in custody since 10.08.2019, seeks bail in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 526 of 2019 which has been instituted for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 188, 341, 323, 332, 143, 333, 353 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Though the petitioner has been named in the FIR but without any specific accusation.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the so-called deceased has resurfaced, which fact has been widely published in the local newspapers.

The petitioner does not have criminal antecedent. Considering the aforestated facts, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-2nd at Danapur, District Patna in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 526 of 2019.
