2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Goreyakothi P.S. Case No. 233 of 2023 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 379, 307, 354, 427, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. In the first information report, the allegation against the petitioner is that he inflicted knife blow on the head of the informant due to which he sustained head injury.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that the present case is counter blast of Goreyakothi P.S. Case No. 234 of 2023 which was lodged by the petitioner against the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.83690 of 2023(4) dt.07-05-2024 2/2 informant and other co-accused persons. It is next submitted that though there is allegation of knife blow on the head of the informant but the doctor has found the injury simple in nature. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

5. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Goreyakothi P.S. Case No. 233 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
