The petitioners are in custody since 22.5.2018 in connection with Special Case No. 4830 of 2018 arising out of Phulwari Shariff (Janipur) P.S. Case No. 374 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that nothing was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners. Petitioners are not involved in toddy business. Petitioners are in custody in this case since 20.5.2018.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39076 of 2018(2) dt.09-07-2018 2/2 Considering the fact that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they have remained in custody in this case for more than 1 1⁄2 months, let the petitioners named above are directed to be released on bail after 30.7.2018 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Special Judge, Excise Act, Patna in connection with Special Case No. 4830 of 2018 arising out of Phulwari Sharrif (Janipur) P.S. Case No. 374 of 2018.
