2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 51 , 63 , 64 and 65 of the Copyright Act of 1957 and 103 , 104 Trade Mark Act of 1999 and 486, 487, 420, 272, 273 , 467, 468 and 120 B of the Indian Penal Code .

As per the prosecution case , on a secret information that huge quantities of duplicate salt has been unloaded at Saray Railway Station and on the basis of aforesaid information , a raid was conducted by informant and it was found that salt bags which were stored at eight places printed sugar chem food industries add 61 / 63 GIDC Halvad ( Guj) in

No.83497 of 2024(3) dt.27-01-2025 2/3 which it was found that manufacturing and distributing of each bag containing 25 kg unauthorized Mahabir Tulsi Shakti Salt total weight 177.550 kg and accordingly informant prepared seizure list in presence of the witness and it was found that the aforesaid duplicate salt owner Atmaam Chaudhary has sent said salt packet in the name of Sujit Kumar before it and this petitioner has received aforesaid goods.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case merely because he is an employee of Sagar Chemfood industries and as per direction of other employee , he had gone to receive the alleged articles. Moreover, petitioner has got no concern with the quality of the alleged goods or its trademark . 5 . Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today , let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Incharge Railway Judicial Magistrate Sonepur Saran in connection with Muzaffarpur Rail P.S. case
