2. The petitioner has renewed his prayer for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 3304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code which was earlier rejected by order dated 26.4.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 68134 of 2022 with a direction to trial court to expedite and conclude the trial within a period of six months.

4. In compliance of order dated 15.12.2023, a progress report dated 3.1.2024 has been received from which it appears that it will take at least six months to conclude the trial.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that trial has not been concluded as yet and there is no hope to

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the period of custody, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge XI, Siwan in connection with S.T. No. 557 of 2022 arising out of G.B. Nagar P.S. Case No. 182 of 2022. (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) sushma/- U
