Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Chautham P.S. Case No. 103 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Section 147, 148, 149, 342 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected in connection with Chautham P.S. Case No. 103 of 2014, pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Khagaria.
However trial court is directed to expedite the trial
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39164 of 2018 (5) dt.28-08-2018 and concluded the same within a period of one year from the date of receipt of this order.
