2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 284 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 341, 302 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the deceased was assaulted by all the accused persons including the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and similarly situated co-accused namely, Puja Devi has been granted anticipatory bail, therefore, the petitioner deserves bail.

5. From the post-mortem report, it appears that six

6. Learned counsel for the informant and learned APP appearing for the State have opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

7. Considering the fact that the deceased was assaulted brutally and has sustained six injuries which support the FIR, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
