2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 385, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. The prosecution case, in brief, is that informant runs a grossery shop and it is alleged that this petitioner had taken articles from informant's shop worth Rs. 13,000/- without payment of money. On 25.06.2024, this petitioner again came at the informant's shop and forcibly tried to take articles from the shop and on protest, petitioner abused informant and pointed pistol upon him and fired, anyhow informant could save his life. Then petitioner fired two rounds in air and also threatened to kill him.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that both parties are co-villagers and due to petty dispute, this false and concocted case has been lodged. From perusal of the F.I.R., it is apparent that nobody sustained any fire-arm injury. Though, petitioner has got one criminal antecedent, but he is on bail.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender before the Court below within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Judge IV-cum-A.C.J.M. - IV, Begusarai in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 188 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
