2. This is the 4th attempt of the petitioner. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ara Nagar P.S. Case No. 365 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 392, 411, 395, 412 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. At the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner has very fairly submitted that the trial is on the verge of completion and all the witnesses have been examined in the trial.

4. In view of the aforesaid facts, this application for regular bail is rejected.

5. Since the witnesses have been examined, the Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial at the earliest preferably
