2. Petitioners apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 406, 420, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code .

3. It is alleged that petitioners have cheated the informant and took Rs. 6,50,000/- on the pretext of providing employment to son of the informant in Income Tax Department.

4. It is submitted that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case and there is no chit of paper in support of the prosecution. Moreover, the informant parted with the alleged money for getting employment through unfair means which

5. Learned counsel for the State oppose the bail petition of the petitioners.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM 13th Patna in connection with Digha P . S. Case No. 481 of 2023 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure . (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Koushik/- U T
