No. 6139 of 2007 which has been confirmed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Hon'ble Court in L.P.A. No. 756 of 2015 and further in the light of the order dated 01.11.2017 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 14670 of 2014 and other exactly similar matter decided in C.W.J.C No. 4747 of 2018 vide order dated 23.03.2018 passed by this Hon'ble High Court."
