2. Petitioner apprehends bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341 , 323 , 307, 447, 448 , 504, 506 and 34 of IPC and later on 302 was added and 27 of Arms Act.

3 . The prosecution case , in brief, is that the informant, Devanandan Prasad, alleged that on 31.07.2025 his son suffered fatal electrocution while repairing a live electric pole. It is further asserted that the petitioner, owing to a preexisting animosity, intentionally called the deceased to the spot, as a consequence of which he was exposed to the hazardous condition and ultimately succumbed to death.

4. Considering the nature of accusation , gravity of
