This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Nokha P.S. Case No.264 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner and others are said to have committed murder of the son of the informant. It is also alleged that the deceased was a tenant in the house of the petitioner. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case merely on the basis of suspicion. He further submits that the deceased has committed suicide by hanging himself. 5.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84003 of 2023(2) dt.10-01-2024 2/2 the attention of this Court to the orders dated 05.05.2023 and 05.07.2023 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous Nos.7519 of 2023 and 8108 of 2023, by which co-accused persons have been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court. 6.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, IX, Rohtas (Sasaram), in connection with Nokha P.S.
