2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Garkha P.S Case No. 334 of 2024 dated 11.06.2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 302 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, on 10.06.2024 at about 6:00 PM., the informant's husband and brother-in-law were at their door then the petitioner came to the door and started abusing and assaulting the informant's brother-in-law, Akhilesh Rai. When the informant's husband tried to intervene, the petitioner took out a knife and hit the informant's husband on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84318 of 2024(2) dt.06-12-2024 2/3 the back and arm and the petitioner also hit the informant's brother-in-law with the knife which hit his panjra causing injury. On halla, when the informant went there, the petitioner and the co-accused persons assaulted the informant and her family members. Further, the informant's husband and brotherin-law were taken to hospital where the informant's husband succumbed to the injury.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case on account of land dispute. The petitioner has no concern with the alleged offence. The petitioner has one criminal antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 04.09.2024. The co-accused, Arvind Kumar Rai has been granted regular bail by this Court vide order dated 10.09.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 54334 of 2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner and submitted that the specific allegation of inflicting knife blow is against the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the specific and heinous nature of

7. The application stands rejected.
