Following reliefs have been sought for in the present writ application on behalf of the petitioner: (i) For issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for setting aside the order dated 02-12-2015 issued under the signature of the Block Development Officer-cum-the Secretary, Block Teacher Employmemnt Unit, Mahnar vide memo No. 908 dated 02-12-2015 whereby and where under the petitioner, working as the Block Teacher

Patna High Court CWJC No.13058 of 2018 (2) dt.16-08-2018 has been terminated from the service; and further for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondents to reinstate the petitioner to the post of the Block Teacher with all the consequential benefits.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to prefer a statutory appeal before the District Appellate Authority, Vaishali at Hajipur within a period of thirty days from the date of order and the same shall be disposed of by the District Appellate Authority, Vaishali at Hajipur within the statutory period, in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
