2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.19236 of 2024(2) dt.03-01-2025 2/3 petitioners that on the request made by the respondent no. 5,6 &7 the services of the petitioners have been provided to them by respondent no. 2,3 & 4 in the year 2014 vide Annexure P-1 and subsequently vide order dated 15.10.2024, Annexure P-4 services of the petitioners have been returned back to the respondent no. 2 to 4 on the ground that their services are not required further as the vehicles have already attained 15 years of age and are going to be scrapped. Counsel for the petitioners further submit that though the order dated 15.10.2024 i.e. Annexure P-4 has been challenged by him however, he seek liberty to make a fresh application before the respondent nos. 2 to 4 raising all grounds which he raised in this writ application and he further submit that the respondent nos. 2 to 4 may also be directed to consider and decide the same in accordance with relevant rules and laws within any stipulated period fixed by this Court.

3. The above prayer made by the counsel for the petitioners is not opposed by the counsels for the respondents.

4. Considering the submission made by the counsel for the petitioner, this petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to make a fresh application before the respondent nos. 2 to 4 within 15 days and on submission of such the respondent

Patna High Court CWJC No.19236 of 2024(2) dt.03-01-2025 3/3 nos. 2 to 4 are also hereby directed to consider and decide the same in accordance with relevant rules and laws probably within one month from the submission of such application.

4. With the aforesaid observation, this writ petition is disposed of.
