Case No. 141 of 1999 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 379, 411 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

This case relates to misuse of privilege of bail of eight years.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he was on bail and as trial has not been concluded he had gone outside for earning his livelihood and he has no information about the case. Further submission is that he himself surrendered and he is in custody for four months and charge sheet has been submitted in this case. Heard learned APP also.

No.73026 of 2019(2) dt.13-01-2020 2/2 In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional District Judge-III, Buxar, in connection with Sessions Trial No. 385 of 2008, arising out of Simri P.S. Case No. 141 of 1999, subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned and further condition that he has to appear in court on each and every date except showing some genuine reason, otherwise his bail bonds shall be cancelled.
