2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Kako P.S. Case No. 292 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 379, 414, 467, 468, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners are involved in the selling of stolen vehicles.

4. The petitioners have clean antecedent and they are in custody since 25.08.2023.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Jehanabad in connection with Kako P.S. Case No. 292 of 2023.

7. As a condition of this order, the petitioners, after being released on bail are directed to mark their attendance at Pali Police Station on every Sunday of the month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioners.
