2. The grievance of the petitioner is that he was

Patna High Court CWJC No.18637 of 2024(2) dt.09-12-2024 2/2 member of PACS in the year 2019 but his name is removed from the voter list in the year 2024 of Sonbarsha PACS, BlockManjhi, Saran.

3. In that view of the matter, the petitioner may raise his grievance before the Registrar Co-operative Societies, Patna, Bihar, if the petitioner files his representation within a period of three weeks from today, the respondent no. 2 shall decide the matter within a period of twelve weeks from the date of filing of representation.

4. With this observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
