2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Magadh University, Gaya P.S.Case No. 153 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is accused of killing the deceased. Independent witnesses have supported the occurrence. The petitioner is in jail custody since 25.04.2023.

4. Considering the fact that petitioner is main assailant, I am not inclined to grant privilege of regular bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this bail application is rejected. The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same at the earliest.
