2. This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 16.07.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 43312 of 2025 seeking extension of time for furnishing bail bonds of the petitioner.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by the order dated 16.07.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 43312 of 2025. He further submits that petitioner was under treatment of doctors and due to said reason, the petitioner failed to furnish bail bonds within the stipulated period of time and now, learned counsel prays that the time for furnishing bail bonds may be extended by another six weeks from today.
4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.81655 of 2025(2) dt.21-11-2025 2/2 State has no objection over the same.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the time for furnishing bail bonds by the petitioner is extended by another six weeks from today, on same terms and conditions as stipulated in order dated 16.07.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 43312 of 2025 , in connection with Saharghat P.S. Case No. 113 of 2024 to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Judge, (Excise Court), Madhubani.
6. Accordingly, order dated 16.07.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 43312 of 2025 is modified to the extent stated above.
7. The present modification application, accordingly, stands allowed.
8. Let this order be communicated to the court of learned Exclusive Special Judge, (Excise Court), Madhubani in connection with Saharghat P.S. Case No. 113 of 2024 for needful. (Alok Kumar Pandey, J) vashudha/- U T
