The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 123 of 2017, registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 447, 307, 302, 386, 504, 506, 341 , 114 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 Arms Act.

Allegation as per FIR against the petitioner is that the petitioner along with others went to the house of the informant and started abusing the informant and his family and upon raised an objection, all petitioner and two other accused made indiscriminate firing causing death of one Ramchandra Das. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case, rather the allegation is general and omnibus. It is also submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 20.07.2017.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40993 of 2018 (3) dt.24-09-2018 2/2 Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the fact that there is allegation against the petitioner of firing on the deceased as such, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and it is accordingly dismissed.
