2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 324 of 2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109, and 3(5) of the BNS and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The allegation against the petitioner is of causing assault to the informant and others along with other accused persons by means of lathi, stones and bricks. There is further allegation of resorting firing against the son of the petitioner.

4. Learned Advocate for the petitioner referring to the FIR contended that save and except the omnibus allegation, there is nothing specific against the petitioner. Prior to institution of this case, the petitioner's son had instituted

Case No. 323 of 2025 against the informant and others and the present case is nothing but only in order to save their skin. The petitioner being the karta of the family has been implicated in this case without there being any specific accusation. Moreover, the petitioner bears one criminal antecedent, however he is on bail in the said case and undertakes that he will fully cooperate in the proceeding of the court.

5. On the other hand, learned Advocate for the State vehemently opposed the bail application and submitted that the petitioner has actively participated in the crime.

6. Regard being had to the submissions made on behalf of the parties and considering the nature of accusation, coupled with the factum of case and counter case, let the petitioner abovenamed be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Danapur in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 324 of 2025, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya
