2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections of the Indian Penal Code .

3 . The prosecution case , in brief, is that on 30.04.2024 at about 10 A M , due to dispute between the children of both the parties, these petitioners along with other co-accused persons assaulted the informant and others due to which they sustained injuries. Doctor has found the injury simple in nature . Petitioners are accused in one case in which they are on bail.

4. Learned counsel for the State oppose the bail

5 . Considering the nature of injury and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today , let the petitioners, as named above , be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM Purnea in connection with Amour P.S. Case No. 166 of 2024 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
