JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-08-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1(i)For issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions in the nature of certiorari for quashing the order dated 21.03.2022, passed by the respondent no. 2 in Deficit Court fee case no. 29 of 2021."
2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the order dated 21.03.2022, passed by the Assistant Inspector General,
Patna High Court CWJC No.17296 of 2023(3) dt.20-08-2024 2/2 Registration, Patna Division, Patna, by filling an appeal under Section 47A(4) of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
3. It is needless to state that in case appropriate appeal is filed by the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from today, the appellate authority shall consider the same on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, forthwith.
4. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
