Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ara Muffasil P.S. Case No.01 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 307,504,34 of the IPC and 27 Arms Act and later on Section 302 of the IPC was added.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submit that earlier prayer of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 02.09.2019 in Cr. Misc. No.36023 of 2019 with observation that petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. Further submits that charges have already been framed and petitioner is in custody since 04.02.2019. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail
