The petitioner is accused in connection with Bhabua P.S. Case No. 551 of 2019, registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the FIR. In course of investigation, it has come that sacks of wheat loaded on the truck bearing registration no. BR06GA-4358 were unloaded at Jai Gurudev Galla Bhandar, Kambapur, Saiyadraja, Chandauli and the name of the shop was disclosed by the petitioner, which has come in the confessional statement of Rajesh Kumar Bind, driver of the truck. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71330 of 2019(2) dt.11-12-2019 2/2 antecedent and is in custody since 14.09.2019. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua, in connection with Bhabua P.S. Case No. 551 of 2019. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
