JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-12-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 457, 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

Neither petitioner is named in the first information report nor anything has been recovered from his conscious possession and it appears that except confessional statement as well as some criminal antecedent, there is nothing against the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74680 of 2019(2) dt.18-12-2019 2/2 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa (Nalanda) in connection with Hilsa P.S. Case No. 567 of 2018.
